Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF patterns and downloadable files are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once the purchase is completed and the download has started.

By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal/cancellation under applicable consumer law.
