The brim pattern is split in 2 and needs to be taped together on the dashed line as indicated on the pattern.
When printing make sure your printer settings are set to 100% !! DO NOT use standard printing setting, this might shrink or enlarge your pattern. Measure the centimeter or inch box to verify the size. They need to be exact.
